Smile Smart Connect LLC ("SSC")  utilizes text messaging, more commonly known as SMS (Short Message Service) and MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) as a method for communicating with their contractors and clients. When a text message, SMS or MMS, is sent by SSC, the sender of the message is expressly agreeing to receive text messages from SSC containing information about current projects including, but not limited to, job site  details, photographs, and other information pertaining to the work contracted to the original message sender. A contractor orclient may unsubscribe at any time by texting the word “STOP” to any message.  SSC will never charge you for the text messages you receive, but depending on your phone plan, you may see some charges from your mobile  provider’s message and data rate plan. Please reach out to your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan. Data obtained from a contractor or client in connection with this SMS/MMS service may include the contractor's or client's cell phone number, carrier’s name, and the date, time and content of the messages, as well as other information that the contractor or client provides. SSC may use this information to contact the contractor or client and to provide the services they request from us. By contacting SSC via text message, the contractor or client acknowledges and agrees that SSC will have the right to change and/or terminate the service at any time, with or without cause and/or advance notice.
